The world is hampered by the second wave coming into action. Sadly the impact of Corona is bad and affects our entire body. After recovery, it is important to get back to a fitness regime without pressurizing the body. With so many options available the question here begins how to start back with a fitness regime. Some of the solutions are as follows:-

Gradually start with things

It is good to do exercise daily but it’s equally important to give some time to yourself too. Start with a walk and gradually start with newer things. Remember things will take time to heal therefore if feeling shortness of breath then relaxes. Remember if you are feeling good after week 5 then you could enhance your walk to 30 minutes.

Staying indoors

If you feel the need for exercise yet you are in isolation you don’t need to worry. You could do exercises like sitting and getting up from a chair, taking your leg sideways by taking support, stretching, and moving your arms. All these exercises will help you to recover physically and mentally.

Be different every day

Monotonous could be boring trying out something new is really fun. Try out new exercises or if you choose walking then keep changing routes. A walk in nature could be interesting.

we all are not sure how much time we will see the impact of corona on our body systems. The majority of the time, Corona has impacted breathing. Doing breathing exercises could be good for the lungs too.
